Refund and Returns Policy

At Baby Headphones Hub, we offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned if you change your mind. These restrictions will be noted on the product page. If you are unsure about a product, please feel free to reach out to us. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund.
